Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The RN will provide high-quality care for critically ill pediatric patients, working closely with families and the healthcare team to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients, including monitoring, assessment, and interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and manage pediatric patients on ventilators, cardiac support, and other life-support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in rapid response interventions.
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols.
